That Time When a Florida Man Broke Into a Store While Wearing a Tutu
As average internet users probably know, some of the craziest crimes committed often happen in Florida. It’s become so common that there are even memes about the various cases that occur in the state. This story in particular is in my opinion the funniest crime a Florida criminal has ever committed. It took place in a farmer’s market in Tampa Bay Florida, during it’s closing hours. Around 1 a.m., two men shattered the business office’s glass door. In the security footage you can see one of the men entering the store with only a tutu on, while the other wore an owl hoodie. The weird part is, their purpose was not to steal money like a typical store burglar would. All the men did while in the market was eat fruit and drink soda. Shortly after, they left the store. The man in the tutu was later identified as a 22 year old man named Jevon Ryner Jamison. He was then arrested and charged for criminal mischief, theft, and burglary. As for his accomplice, it was never publicly announced who the man was. When the store owner was interviewed about the incident, he said he would have gladly given them food if they asked him since they were apparently so hungry. I consider myself somewhat of an internet connoisseur, so I have seen my fair share of "Florida Man" and to be quite frank that is what led me to even read this story. One that I still think about often was a Florida man throwing a baby gator into a Wendy's drive thru window, and it may still take the cake for the wildest story I have ever heard. What makes this a particularly close second though is that I actually plan on moving to Tampa Bay for grad school. While I feel bad for the shop owner it would be a dream come true to see a Florida man in action.

DeleteThis is absolutely hilarious, I know the store owner was laughing so hard at that security tape! I have been seeing so much stuff about people committing the dumbest and yet the funniest crimes in Florida lately.

I recommend to look up Florida man and your birthday to see what happens. My results included an officer’s daughter being held at gunpoint over cream cheese at Starbucks!
